Our aim is total customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us immediately. We are happy to exchange or refund any purchase within 30 days from purchase, subject to it being returned unused and in its original condition and packaging. However, if you decide to return a product, we will not refund the postage costs, that is the customer’s responsibility.
Buying online with Glyde Golf is 100% safe. We use Stripe Secure ePayments for simple and secure processing of internet, phone and mail order credit card payments.

Pricing and Delivery
All prices on this website are quoted in UK Pounds. All prices include VAT (if applicable.)
Standard and Next day Delivery charges are applicable to UK mainland only. Outside UK mainland includes Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands, Scilly Islands and Isle of Wight. Please phone for charges outside UK mainland.
Please Note any parcels which are returned to us as “undelivered” through no fault of DPD or Glyde Golf may incurr a charge of £10.
Out of stock
When you order online you will receive Email confirmation of your order. In the unlikely event of any item being out of stock, you will be notified by a member of our staff, and given the option either to continue with the rest of your order, substitute the unavailable items with similar alternatives, or to cancel. We will be happy to discuss your options when we contact you. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
If an item arrives which is incorrect, damaged or faulty, please notify us within 5 working days and we will refund the full purchase price including p & p. However, if you have decided that you don’t want the product, we will refund the price of the product including postage. Any product you return must be returned within 28 days from purchase, complete, in clean condition and in its original packaging. Please allow up to 7 days from us receiving your returned item for it to be processed and refunded.

We will refund postage costs of any returned item found to be faulty up to a maximum of £7.50.
Cancellations and Alterations
If you wish to cancel or change your order, please call us on 0800 779 7730 (during office hours), or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We advise you to email us immediately to stand the best chance of catching us before your order is processed. If you email us, please include a daytime telephone number if possible.
If you contact us before your order has been processed, we will be happy to alter or cancel it with no problems. If we have already sent your order, we will still refund your purchase, although you will have to pay the postage and packing costs.
We take great care to ensure the information and prices on this website are accurate and current. However, no matter how carefully we check it, errors do occasionally slip through. Any errors discovered will be corrected as soon as we become aware of them. In the unlikely event that a website error affects your order, we will contact you before we process your order to discuss the matter. If you discover any errors after we have processed your order, you are of course welcome to cancel your order and return the goods. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
